About those four or five new images I mentioned in the previous Blog, am having trouble formatting(?) them into the gallery. But I’m close. (I think).

Also, in my continuing wish to offer Ranch Country Photos of true Art Gallery quality, I recently deleted 20 or so images that (after more careful study) don’t qualify. Oh, they were good, but not good enough to “hang” in an art gallery.

And for you regular visitors, you’ll notice that with the exception of the largest size available, prices are now lower.

One last thing. I might be getting ahead of myself in mentioning this now, but in an effort to bring in more income from the website, I’m working on a plan to offer prints in smaller sizes than are now indicated in the gallery. Re sizes 5x7 & 6x9 (and even 8x10’s), I’ll do the printing myself, instead of Swanlund’s Photo. My Canon PIXMA iP4500 is ideal for photos up to 8x10. Print color is remarkably true because it has five ink-jet cartridges rather than four. Will use Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper (glossy);   79lb - 11.8mil. In the meantime, you folks who are interested, you might contact me direct, via the Contact mode on the left side of my home page.

What brought this on?  I recently received an email from a woman in Las Vegas, Nevada. She asked if I was able to sell her a few 5x7 Ranch Country photos.  Made a $280 sale direct, of six 5x7’s and two 8x10’s.

I might also offer photos in 4x6 and 5x7 size with selected images pasted on note cards, along with anecdotal information about the photo.

This Blog is longer than I at first thought it’d be. So, I’m outta here!
