My apologies to all you regular visitors to our website, for not having anything new in the way of gallery photos or maybe another backroad episode. Maggie and I were away two weeks, doing some window work on the Tokeland Hotel, on a very remote section of the south coast of Washington-state. A circa 1865 National Landmark farm house that has been expanded in size, and is now an inn that can accommodate as many as 40 people. Great meals, with an excellent fresh seafood dinner menu.
And then, to the town of Washougal, also in Washington-state, overlooking the mighty Columbia River. To celebrate my 80th! And, at that age (thank you, God)...at that age, still looking forward to the next backroads adventure with Maggie and Shih Tzu Murphy. That’ll be in October. Round ‘em up and head ‘em out!
But please (you regulars)...please do check back in a couple of weeks. I’m pretty sure there’ll be eight or so new photos in the Ranch Country Gallery.
